About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist with 2+ years of experience to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing international paid social and search campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other social media publishing tools.
* Handle monthly ad budgets ranging from $50K to $100K, ensuring efficient allocation and spending.
* Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis to create and refine targeted campaigns.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
* Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in all campaigns.
* Stay current on industry trends, new features, and best practices in paid advertising, and proactively implement improvements.
* Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
* Adapt brand voice effectively in all communications and ads, ensuring consistency across platforms.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns, preferably in a marketing agency.
* Proven experience with international campaigns and a strong understanding of global advertising trends.
* Expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media publishing tools.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
* Ability to manage large ad budgets effectively, ensuring the highest ROI.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices.
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
