Responsibilities :
* Develop and execute marketing plans to meet company objectives.
* Manage all aspects of digital marketing including website optimization, ASO, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
* Should be skilled in google ads, meta ads and app marketing.
* Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
* Marketing the apps on social media to reach a wider audience and increase the downloads of the App.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.
* Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
* 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience, including at least 3 years in App Marketing.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
* Capable of developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies.
* Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team to achieve results.
* Strong data analysis skills to optimize marketing efforts.
* Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to changes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
