SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 6 years in end-to-end management of performance marketing across paid and free channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing and mass-mail marketing particularly on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Youtube & mailchimp. This role requires a highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can effectively manage multiple campaigns and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing Execution:
* Execute the plan, Manage & monitor performance marketing campaigns across paid and free channels, such as Mailchimp, Websites, Social Media platforms, Google Search Engines & ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximize throughput and achieve set metrics/KPIs.
* Assign and ensure the highest quality marketing creatives, collaterals, and videos in accordance with branding guidelines, marketing regulations, and results-driven timelines.
Social Media Marketing and Advertising:
* Expertise in generating organic traffic on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn & YouTube) with proven results.
* Keep eye on competitors\' and bigger players\' social media platforms to execute and manage digital existence, staying up to date with creative communication, performance analysis and helpful suggestions.
* Experience in successful execution of paid SM campaigns on above mentioned platforms with proven results.
Analytical and Reporting:
* Measure and report the performance of your team\'s digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
* Timely reporting of all activities to relevant stakeholders both internal and external.
* Ad-hoc report requests from management as well as clients to be delivered within stipulated time frame.
Email Campaign Management:
* Execute multiple predefined campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Expert in handling mass mailer tools such as Mailchimp, Send in Blue, etc.
* Set up email drip marketing campaigns, automation, A/B testing, successful execution, monitor and share timely reports with all stakeholders.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
* Collaborate with key stakeholders including editorial, sales, legal, finance, and audit teams.
* Cater to ad-hoc editorial or collaterals requests from management.
* Staying up to speed with client communication such as weekly, monthly or quarterly updates either in the form of calls or emails.
Team Management:
* Experience in handling team of 10 – 15 people.
* Teamwork allocation, task monitoring, gathering results, sharing updates, solving grievances, team engagement.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience:
* Minimum of 6 years in digital marketing, team handling, project coordination, an eye for creativity and most of all a team player.
* Proven track record in social media marketing, Mailchimp, SEO tools paid and free, PPC ad campaigns and client management.
Skills:
* Strong analytical abilities and highly organized.
* Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Creator Studio, Google Ads Manager.
* Excellent communication both internal and clients and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English language.
Additional Requirements:
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute on time and within budget.
* Ability to conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and analyze campaign performance.
Strong understanding of consumer research and strategic survey development
