Job Overview: SS GOLD INDUSTRIES PVT LTD is seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives in the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry sector and a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry products and services.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
* Help create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and sales goals.
* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
* Maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle (E-Rickshaw, Battery & Spares sales & Agriculture Machinery & Spares industry.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
