Job Role & Responsibilities
* Coordinating and generating business with customers through email, calls, and other online sources and marketing tools, particularly focusing on FIBC products.
* Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating products characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research database.
* Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of FIBC product technicalities and specifications
* Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customer while in coordination with the design department and directly with clients.
* Inform customers about order status and dispatch plans in a timely manner.
* Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions
* Achieve individual and team sales targets for FIBC products, ensuring optimum order booking and revenue generation.
* Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and expand market share.
Require Skill and Competency:
* Should be Fluent in English
* Demonstrated ability to handle customers independently within the FIBC industry.
* Well-versed in email, web, and social media marketing techniques, with strong networking skills.
* Having Experience in FIBC will be added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
