Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. ATL (Above The Line) Activities: - Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various traditional media channels such as radio, print, and outdoor. - Collaborate with creative agencies to develop impactful advertisements that enhance brand visibility.

2. BTL (Below The Line) Activities:- Manage promotional activities, events, and sponsorships to engage target audiences. - Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure effective implementation of BTL campaigns.

3. Digital Marketing: - Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired outcomes through the agency.

4. WhatsApp & Bulk SMS Marketing: - Design and execute targeted WhatsApp and bulk SMS marketing campaigns to reach potential and existing customers.- Track and report the effectiveness of these campaigns, making data driven adjustments as necessary.

5. Lead Management: - Oversee the digital call center team responsible for lead management.- Ensure the team does timely and effective follow-up on leads generated through various marketing channels. - Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and efficiency. 6 Collaboration and Reporting:- Work closely with the Group Head of Marketing & Brand Activations to align marketing strategies with business objectives. - Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, ROI and budget VS spends to senior management.

Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and lead management.- Proven experience in the automobile industry is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices across traditional and digital channels.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.- Proficiency in marketing tools, MS Office package and digital platforms, and CRM software's

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,661.28 - ₹45,000.00 per month
