Role Description

We\'re hiring a Business Development Executive to help us expand our business. You\'ll work directly

with both companies (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C) to promote and sell our innovative virtual

influencer technology. This role is based on-site and requires a proactive approach to finding new

opportunities and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* For Businesses (B2B):
* Find and develop new business opportunities with brands and media companies.
* Generate leads and build relationships with potential corporate clients.
* Present our solutions and manage ongoing client relationships.
* For Consumers (B2C):
* Attract and engage individual users and small businesses interested in our technology.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
* Help refine our sales approach based on customer feedback.
* General Tasks:
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
* Work with the marketing team to align sales strategies.
* Track your sales progress and achieve targets.

Required Skills

* Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
* Good understanding of digital marketing and technology trends.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage your time well and stay organized.
* Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

* At least 1 year of experience in business development, focusing on both B2B and B2C.

Academic Qualification

* Bachelor\'s degree required; Master\'s degree is a plus.
* Previous experience in digital marketing, AI technology, or a related field is a plus.
