Skyram Technologies is looking for a Business Development Manager in Kolkata having experience in web development for global clients.

Years of Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Business Development (Web development and staff augmentation.)
Qualification: MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Location: New Town Kolkata
Salary: as per industry standard
JOB ROLE:
* Candidate must have the knowledge of staff augmentation and web development.
* Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach.
* Researching prospect and generate leads.
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Understanding client requirements and presenting potential solutions to the clients to optimize their Digital Presence.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing Generating leads from various sources like LinkedIn, portals, references etc.
* Doing necessary follow ups with leads to convert them
* Responding to email inquiries and phone inquiries
* Negotiating and closing business deals with the clients
SKILLS:
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Work experience with Corporate Houses would be an added advantage
* Mandatory to have the Presentation skills
* Positive attitude to plan and execute so that monthly targets can be achieved
