As a Brand Executive here, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' online presence. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements and translate them into compelling social media strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

* Stay Abreast of Social Media Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of digital marketing.
* Presentation Ability: The candidate will need to well-versed and should possess the ability to craft compelling presentations with proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Slides, effectively communicating, shaping and showcasing our product.
* Client Relationship Management: Understand client goals and objectives, maintaining clear and open communication to deliver on their expectations. Collaborate with clients to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
* Daily Task Execution: Execute day-to-day social media tasks, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Monthly Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive monthly reports to track the progress of social media campaigns. Analyze data and provide insights to continuously improve performance and ROI.
* Creative Problem Solving: Develop innovative solutions to address challenges and roadblocks in social media and digital campaigns, ensuring clients receive the best results.
* Paid Media Campaigns: Knowledge of digital campaigns, including Meta Ads, Programmatic Advertising, Google Display Ads and other digital advertising platforms, would be expected.
* New Business Development: This role involves creating and implementing strategic plans to attract new business opportunities, leveraging social media platforms and industry trends to drive business development, new and building on existing clients.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
* 1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
