Job Title: Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute strategies to improve the school\'s brand presence and awareness.
* Oversee all branding and communications efforts, ensuring a consistent message across digital platforms, print media, and other channels.
* Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that highlight the school\'s core values, vision, and educational programs.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and opportunities for boosting the brand.
* Track brand performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet brand positioning goals.
* Collaborate with PR agencies and media partners to promote school events and manage media coverage.
* Lead the creation of promotional materials like brochures, videos, and advertisements.
* Plan branding activities for school events, admission drives, and community outreach programs.
* Manage and enhance the school\'s social media presence and online image.
* Ensure that brand guidelines are consistently followed across all internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
* 4-6 years of relevant experience in brand management, ideally in the education industry.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding techniques.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work well with different teams and departments.
* Familiarity with design tools and content management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
