Evoort Solutions, a leading provider of ERP, Data Management and Analytics, Cloud solutions and IoT Solutions is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital marketing Manager cum Brand Manager to join our growing team and Lead our Marketing function. This is a strategic role and you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand awareness and reputation, establishing Evoort Solutions as a thought leader in the digital transformation space, and driving qualified leads through innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, focusing on building brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
* Overhaul and optimize our website to improve user experience, brand messaging, and lead conversion rates.
* Spearhead the creation of high-quality content (blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, etc.) that showcases our expertise, educates the target audience, and positions Evoort Solutions as a trusted advisor in digital transformation.
* Lead the development and execution of targeted social media campaigns across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with potential customers, industry influencers, and thought leaders.
* Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (PPC, social media advertising) to generate qualified leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).
* Analyze marketing performance data (website traffic, lead generation, social media engagement) and leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.
* Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
* Collaborate with internal teams (BU teams, Marketing, Sales, HR) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, within the B2B technology and analytics sector.
* Bachelors in English literature / Journalism / Mass Communication or MBA in Marketing.
* Proven track record of success elevating brand reputation and in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, measure campaign outcomes and drive continuous campaign improvements.
* Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles and content marketing best practices.
* In-depth experience in social media marketing and community management across various platforms.
* Knowledge of online advertising platforms (PPC, social media advertising) and campaign management.
* Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
* Creative and strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and informative content.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Passion for the digital transformation landscape and a strong understanding of the evolving technology trends.

Bonus points:

* Experience in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, SuiteCRM, etc.).
* Experience with Google Analytics.
* Experience in content creation for video and other multimedia formats.
