* Developing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing brand conceptualization, consumer journey analysis and effective brand implementation to drive business growth.
* Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
* Overseeing Digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM & social media campaigns
* Managing budgeting & forecasting activities to optimize marketing spend
* Overseeing CRM systems and optimizing the lead funnel
* Playing a key role in development of short- & long-term strategic plans including annual business plans, media, promotion & innovative pipelines
* Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities in the brand portfolio, planning & supervising the execution of concept to launch marketing strategies
* Devising social media strategies that builds a rational & emotional connect with the target group by actively working on identified social media platforms
* Budget planning and developing marketing strategies both offline & online to achieve the business goals.
* Coordinate, communicate & manage advertising agencies, research agencies & social media agencies, cultivate & manage relationships with ext. partners, overseeing vendor selection, negotiation & collaboration to ensure high quality & cost-effective support for marketing initiatives
* Execute both online & offline promotional events, creating engaging experiences to showcase properties & foster client relationship
