Job Summary:Casagrand Builder Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Manager with strong business development skills and expertise in ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and TTL (Through-the-Line) marketing. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, and business growth strategies, with a focus on driving brand visibility and expanding market reach. This role requires both creative vision and strategic planning to enhance the company\'s brand presence in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
* Lead business development initiatives to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
* Plan and manage ATL marketing campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor advertising) to reach a broad audience.
* Oversee BTL marketing activities (events, direct marketing, promotions) to target specific customer segments.
* Implement TTL marketing, integrating ATL and BTL strategies for consistent messaging across multiple channels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectives.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize branding strategies and market positioning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and media.
* Oversee the development of promotional materials, both digital and print.
* Monitor campaign performance using data-driven analysis and optimize strategies for growth and improved ROI.
* Align branding and marketing efforts with business development goals to drive revenue and market expansion.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing innovations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, business development, and integrated marketing (ATL, BTL, TTL).
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
* Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the real estate or construction industry is preferred.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and data analysis.
