Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive footfalls, and drive business growth.
· We expect you to conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences, competitive positioning, and potential opportunities for JV Medicentres.
· You shall collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, print media, events, and social media.
· You will oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, blog posts, and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and aligning with brand guidelines.
· We expect you to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
· You shall establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry influencers, and strategic partners, to support joint marketing initiatives and enhance brand reputation.
· You will lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback. Driving performance, professional growth, and effective collaboration.
· We expect you to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, applying knowledge to innovate and optimize marketing efforts.
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and stakeholders.
· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
· Analyse market/consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly.
Requirements/ Skills
● Skilled in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
● Deep & sound understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
● Experience in market research and analysis, including identifying target audiences and evaluating competitor activities.
● Strong analytical skills to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Innovative and adaptive approach.
Experience & Education:
* Bachelor\'s or PG degree.
* 4-6 years of relevant experience, experience of building brands ground up.
* Background in the healthcare industry would be an advantage.
* Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, Meta and google campaigns, email marketing, and social media.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
