Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on digital sales and telecom sales, driving growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the VOIP services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through digital channels and telecom sales efforts, utilizing various online platforms and tools.
* Client Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients to understand their communication needs and present suitable VOIP solutions.
* Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives.
* Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital sales or telecom sales.
* Knowledge of VOIP services or telecommunications is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
