Role Description:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing startup in the tech industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities, securing new projects, and expanding our base.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute lead generation strategies
* Identify and research potential clients.
* Utilize digital marketing tactics like SEO, content marketing, and social media to generate leads.
* Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.
Qualify and nurture leads
* Analyze leads generated through marketing efforts and other sources.
* Initiate contact with qualified leads, understand their needs, and present solutions through compelling proposals.
* Build rapport and maintain communication with leads throughout the sales cycle.
Negotiate and close deals
* Develop and present competitive project proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable engagements.
* Close deals and finalize project agreements.
Manage client relationships
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
* Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Content Creation and Marketing Support
* Collaborate with the Internal team to develop content (blog posts, infographics, videos) that showcases your expertise and attracts potential clients.
* Manage and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads.
* Craft and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build brand awareness.
Project Management and Budget Management
* Work with internal teams to ensure successful project execution within budget constraints.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on data insights.
Stay informed of industry trends
* Continuously research and stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the IT industry.
* Identify new market opportunities and adapt your strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
* Proven success in a relevant field demonstrating strong transferable skills (e.g., sales, customer service, project management).
* Meeting monthly sales targets and contacting potential and existing clients digitally (on the phone, by email, etc), and in person (Field Visits)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal).
* Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, content creation (image design, video creation, blogging), email marketing, PPC advertising, and budget management.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize business development strategies.
* A deep understanding of the IT industry and its current landscape.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
