Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns
that promote the products and services of Pioneers Global Associates. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic,
and acquiring leads/customers. Your role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Management:
* Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
* Content Creation:
* Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, email, and the company website.
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all digital platforms.
* Social Media Management:
* Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
* Engage with the audience, respond to comments and queries, and foster positive community interaction.
* SEO/SEM:
* Optimize website content for search engines to improve rankings and drive organic traffic.
* Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Analytics and Reporting:
* Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future marketing efforts.
* Email Marketing:
* Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product announcements, and special promotions.
* Manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
* Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with the Management to coordinate marketing efforts.
* Liaise with external vendors and agencies when necessary.
* Market Research:
* Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.).
* Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with B2B/B2C digital marketing.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
