Job Overview:
Hillwoods Academy of Higher Education (HAHE) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive the growth of student admissions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to increase student enrollment in HAHE's postgraduate and undergraduate programs (PGDM, BCA/MCA). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of higher education marketing, admissions processes, and student engagement, and should be able to forge partnerships to promote the institution and its offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Enrollment Strategies: Create and execute targeted strategies to increase student enrollment, focusing on both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Build Partnerships: Establish relationships with feeder institutions (schools, coaching centers, and colleges) to promote HAHE programs and enhance the student recruitment pipeline.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Work with the marketing team to generate quality leads through campaigns, events, and outreach activities. Follow up on leads to convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Collaborate with Career Center and Industry Professionals: Work with HAHE\'s Career Center and industry professionals to promote the industry-focused curriculum, ensuring students understand the value of programs with a clear career path.
- Admissions Counseling: Assist prospective students and their families in navigating the admissions process, from initial inquiries to application submission, guiding them towards successful enrollment.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and best practices in higher education enrollment.
- Digital Outreach and Campaigns: Manage digital outreach efforts, including email campaigns, social media, WhatsApp API, and chatbot communications, to connect with potential students.
Data Tracking and Reporting: Monitor enrollment trends, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports on admissions performance to leadership.
Networking and Events: Attend educational fairs, open houses, and events to promote HAHE programs and foster relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A master\'s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, admissions, or marketing, preferably within the higher education sector.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of admissions processes and strategies to drive enrollment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
