The Role

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for the entire lead nurturing and sales process, from taking over qualified leads from the telecalling team to securing long-term client contracts. You'll leverage your deep understanding of digital marketing to identify high-value prospects, build strong relationships, and convert them into loyal clients.

Responsibilities:

* Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
* Collaborate with the telecalling team to receive and assess qualified leads.
* Conduct in-depth discussions with leads to understand their specific needs and challenges.
* Develop personalized digital marketing proposals that address their unique goals.
* Sales & Client Relationship Management:
* Schedule and conduct online and physical meetings with qualified prospects.
* Deliver compelling presentations on your digital marketing expertise and solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new clients.
* Build and maintain positive long-term relationships with clients.
* Technical Expertise & Client Service:
* Possess a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
* Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
* Ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

* 2+ years of experience in digital marketing business development.
* Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing leads in the digital marketing space.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of the digital marketing sales cycle.
* In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
* Ability to translate technical knowledge into clear and concise language for clients.
* A passion for building strong client relationships and exceeding expectations.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other digital marketing tools.
* Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
