Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager preferably in Digital Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities through fieldwork. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading digital marketing initiatives,
* Understanding client's advertising objectives,
* Developing strategies to drive results,
* Identifying new business opportunities and building and maintaining client relationships,
* Managing sales/day-to-day client relationship through field sales, calls and presentation
* Analyzing market trends, creating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven minimum 2 years experience in field work as a Business Development Manager preferably in the digital marketing industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
