The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing WhatsApp-based marketing campaigns, managing customer interactions, and driving engagement through the WhatsApp platform. You will play a critical role in enhancing our brand's presence and communication strategy by leveraging WhatsApp as a powerful marketing tool.
Key Responsibilities:
WhatsApp Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive WhatsApp marketing strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals.
Identify target audiences and create tailored messaging strategies to engage and convert potential customers.
Campaign Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize WhatsApp campaigns, including promotional messages, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce compelling messages, visuals, and multimedia content for WhatsApp broadcasts.
