Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Providing leadership,direction and management of the finance and accounting team
* Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team
* Should have experience catering National and International clients
* Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets,and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
* Advising on long-term business and financial planning
* Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group
* Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
* Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
Basic Necessary Skills:
* Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
* In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
* Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
* Experience with Digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
* Ability to strategize and solve problems
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and people skills
* BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
