Manage business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy. Good in Digital Marketing Strategy and growth structure Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of client?s products and services across different regions.
Establish strong relationships with clients. Meet and exceed business growth targets.
Drive operational improvements for business vertical(s), including optimizing resource allocation across teams, measuring progress against business goals.
Participate in and help steer global initiatives as appropriate and ensure that global initiatives are rolled out properly to your vertical/sector
* Set marketing goals and objectives
* Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
* Contribute to the overall growth of the company
* Review and manage content marketing strategy
* Determine KPIs for the marketing department
* Keep the marketing budget in check
* Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
* Work with sales and development and customer success teams
* Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
* Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
* Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
* Stay up to date with the latest technology
* Stay up to date with the latest best practices
* Attend marketing conferences and educational programs
Qualifications and Skillsets:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Basic Sciences or Analytics. MBA from Top Tier colleges is preferred
* 7+ years of hands on digital marketing experience across multiple channels, Product Marketing, Category Management or associated functions.
* Strong Data Analytics and Data driven thinking.
* Hand-ons with all performance marketing channels - Google, Facebook, DV360, Retargeting, SEO and SEM
* Excellent communication skills and ability to foster strategic partnerships
* Ability to foresee and plan for contingencies. Proactive in Approach.
* Ability to execute in an intense fast-paced, and highly iterative environment;
* Efficient Stakeholder Engagement and ability to Influence for driving key business outcomes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
