Marketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.Lead the development of short- and long-term marketing plans to support sales, branding, and customer acquisition.Brand Management:Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.Drive the evolution and enhancement of the company's brand identity, including its values, tone, and visual elements.Protect and build the company\'s brand reputation through public relations, communications, and media relations.Digital Marketing & Advertising:Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts, improve ROI, and drive customer engagement.Work with external agencies and vendors to manage advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.Customer Experience & Engagement:Develop strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty through personalized marketing and customer-centric initiatives.
