Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong background in the Digital and Software industry. This role requires someone who can manage client relationships effectively, ensuring that all client needs are met with the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications via email, phone, and other channels. Ensure timely and clear communication to maintain strong client relationships.
* Client Relationship Management: Understand clients' needs and expectations, and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed these expectations.
* Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure all client requests and feedback are accurately recorded and addressed. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and project updates.
* Flexibility: Work flexible hours to accommodate client needs, which may include international clients in different time zones.
* Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues in client projects and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, and create detailed reports as required.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a client servicing or account management role within the Digital or Software industry.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to articulate ideas and feedback clearly and professionally.
* Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions and documentation.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing, software development processes, and industry trends.
* Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet client demands, including occasional late hours or weekends.
* Preferred Candidate: Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Pay: ₹14,896.62 - ₹40,000.00 per month
