XPERT is an Audience Data Platform for brands to target their Ads better & improve their marketing ROI. We analyse transaction data to build out audience lists - which then get targeted via Ads on Facebook, Instagram & Google. We're a small, young & passionate team of operators, developers, data scientists & researchers.

*Job Summary:*

As a Client Servicing Executive at Xpert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and value from our platform. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their marketing and customer engagement goals. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams will be key to your success in this role.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to provide effective solutions.
* Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services and solutions to clients. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to meet client expectations.
* Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise the Xpert.chat platform. Provide training and support as needed.
* Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Work closely with technical support and other teams to resolve any challenges that arise.
* Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the performance of their campaigns and the value derived from the Xpert.chat platform. Present insights and recommendations to optimise their usage of the platform.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features that align with the client's business goals.
* Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements. Advocate for client needs within the organisation.

*Qualifications:*

* Prior experience in managing digital campaigns and an understanding of key metrics and strategies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply them to client strategies is a plus.
