Equipped with dynamic digital marketing skills, you will take ownership to conceptualize, implement and optimize the marketing efforts for various services. You will be responsible for paid media management, performance reporting, brand building, community management, and content management of the organization's social media channels and brand assets. What You'll Do
Marketing and Social Media Management* Work with Growth & Marketing Head to develop and execute communication strategy to grow customers by identifying sales and marketing trends and ensure continuous adoption of services.
* Manage and drive social media accounts on a day-to-day basis.
* Manage execution and optimization of core brand assets including company website, landing pages, digital and print marketing material, etc.
* Enhance the organization\'s public relations efforts by organizing media pieces, participating in relevant events and managing marketing qualified queries and opportunities.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscapes, for more effective decision-making.
* Conceptualize, plan, develop and execute digital and social media campaigns supporting the organization's core values.
* Manage and execute omni-channel digital marketing efforts that may include webinars, events, podcasts etc.
* Manage and execute marketing email and newsletter campaigns on a monthly basis.

Paid Advertising and Performance Marketing* Draft media plans with allocated marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
* Run paid media and performance marketing campaigns via Meta Business, LinkedIn Ads and Google AdWords.
* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and regularly monitor campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to refine paid marketing strategies.
* Leverage digital campaign management tools and platforms for performance optimization, A/B testing and campaign reporting.

Content Management* Oversee the creation of marketing and communication materials, encompassing content, graphics, and multimedia materials that resonate with target audiences.
* Work with visual designers and content strategists to manage internal creative and content resources by reviewing, categorizing and prioritizing workload and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed time frames.
* Manage content strategy optimization and help develop quality and creative content in different media types via planned monthly content calendars.
* Review and optimize content publishing and scheduling processes.
* Monitors the latest trends in social media in order to improve content performance and provide recommendations/ ideas around trending topics.

Community Management and Reporting* Compile data across social media platforms for weekly/monthly/annual reports, including analysis for insights, optimization, and future strategy development. Leverage reporting and data analytics tools such as SocialBakers, LinkedIn Insights, etc for comprehensive report generation.
* Use social listening and community management tools such as Synthesio, Buffer, etc. to engage with the online community and to respond to comments and messages across various platforms as per defined SOP.
* Manage community driven platforms such as Dribble, Meetup, etc.

What makes you a great fit

* 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, account management, campaign and social media management.
* Some experience working in a digital advertising/marketing agency as an account manager or similar role.
* Experience in running paid campaigns on Meta Business, Google Adwords and LinkedIn Ads.
* Experience with Marketing CRM tools such as Hubspot, Zoho, etc.
* Experience in managing website CMS and web management tools such as Wordpress, Webflow, etc.
* Understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies - website, marketing automation, targeted ads, SEO/SEM, email, etc.
* Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Buffer, SEMrush, etc.
* Creative thinking and a good understanding of visual and content design.
* Good understanding of branding and sales and marketing processes.
* Resourceful problem solver with a knack to juggle multiple projects.
* Good communication and people skills with the ability to work across different teams in various countries / time zones.
