1. Be absolutely proficient in the English language (Spoken & Written) for content development and conversations
2. Call client's customers and take relevant notes and build business relations for the same
3. Review, proofread and create content, both technical and non-technical. For technical, the source content will be shared
4. Research game needs to be strong and exhaustive
5. Prepare well-structured drafts using content management systems
6. Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
7. Follow up with relevant stakeholders on a regular basis via calls & emails
8. Closely work with the designers to ensure the deadlines are met
9. Maintain Excel workbooks, mapping various files, etc.
10. Familiar with digital marketing tools is a definite add-on
Note: The content could be in ANY format - blogs, newsletters, articles, post copies, website, video scripts, subtitles, short stories
