The Role: As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of our content and brand marketing strategies. You'll play a key role in shaping Everstage's digital presence and expanding our brand's reach, crafting narratives that resonate with everyone from RevOps specialists to C-suite executives.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop comprehensive content marketing strategies with clear short-term and long-term goals
2. Manage and mentor a team of content writers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output
3. Create high-quality content across various formats - blogs, case studies, white papers, emails, and social media posts
4. Lead and collaborate with design and writing teams to ensure all content is on-brand and impactful
5. Manage our editorial calendar and ensure timely content delivery
6. Collaborate closely with design and development teams to create cohesive, visually appealing, and technically sound content
7. Analyze content performance and implement improvements to enhance brand visibility and engagement
8. Work closely with product marketing and demand generation teams to align content with overall marketing objectives
9. Stay on top of the latest content marketing trends and technologies
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven track record in content marketing in the B2B SaaS industry. Experience marketing an Enterprise SaaS Product is a plus
2. Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully managing and developing teams
3. Proven ability to create high-quality content and demonstrate hands-on expertise in content creation.
4. Strong experience in content distribution, including leveraging various platforms and channels to maximize reach and impact.
5. Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in analyzing content performance and implementing improvements
7. Exceptional communication and writing skills in English, with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
