We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Strategist to lead the content management for the Alkem portal. The successful candidate will be responsible for deciding which content will be uploaded to the portal, targeting specialist doctors, such as in Neurology, Oncology, Infectious Diseases, and Diabetology. This role requires a deep understanding of medical content, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of medical experts, writers, and digital marketers.Key Responsibilities:* Content Strategy Development:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the needs and interests of different specialist doctors (e.g., Neurology, Oncology, Infectious Diseases, and Diabetology).
* Analyze the latest trends, research, and guidelines in these medical fields to ensure the content is up-to-date and clinically relevant.
* Identify content gaps and opportunities based on user engagement data, feedback, and emerging medical developments.
* Content Management:
* Collaborate with Editorial team to ensure content accuracy and clinical relevance.
* Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across all specialties.
* Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with the Editorial team, medical writers, and designers to produce engaging and informative content.
* Coordinate with Client Servicing team to optimize content and user engagement.
* Ensure content aligns with clinical standards.
* User Experience and Engagement:
* Analyze user engagement metrics to refine content strategies and improve the user experience.
* Implement feedback loops with Client Medical team to continuously enhance content relevance and effectiveness.
* Stay informed about the latest digital content trends and apply them to the portal to enhance user engagement.
* Quality Assurance:
* Maintain high standards of content quality, ensuring all materials are peer-reviewed and adhere to ethical guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in medical content dissemination.

Qualifications:* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Medical Science and Marketing); advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong knowledge of Medical Specialities like Neurology, Oncology, Infectious Diseases, and Diabetology, with the ability to translate complex medical information into accessible content.
* Proven track record of managing content for specialist audiences, particularly in a digital environment.
* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:* Experience working with medical professionals or in a clinical setting.
* Familiarity with continuing medical education (CME) requirements and standards.
* Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
