Qualification:
Any Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in English medium, Schooling throughout English medium preferred.
Skills:
* Impeccable English and creative writing skills
* 2+ years of full-time ad agency experience as a copywriter/ content writer, preferably at a full-service agency
* Great ideation skills and ready to work in a well-defined team structure
* Should be able to write in Gujarati or Hindi compulsorily, apart from English
* Should take ownership of their individual projects, working in sync with the team, occasionally with other leaders
* Should have worked on digital, web, and branding projects
KRAs:
* Coming up with concepts, campaigns and long-term plans exclusively for employer branding activities.
* Writing high-quality and error-free copy for all kinds of marketing collateral for media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Emailers, Website, Case Study, Blogs, Events (Internal & External), Print Collateral etc.
* Independently coordinating with the designers and account managers to ensure execution of ideas as per CC\'s benchmarks.
* Manage internal coordination with the Head - Strategy & Brand Solutions and various teams (online marketing, website development, production, human resources etc.) for ideation and content generation.
* Research and create best practices for ascertain maximum results as per the company\'s expectation from the marketing efforts.
* Manage the personal branding activities for the directors across various platforms, whenever required.
* Provide support to the Head – Strategy & Brand Solutions in keeping a track on industry awards, conferences and other events and managing CC\'s participation.
* Monitoring performance of marketing activities executed across aforementioned platforms, preparing reports along with relevant teams/ subordinates on a regular basis and presenting the same.
* Participate in the organization\'s upskilling initiatives like training programs, conclaves, online courses etc. to continuously improve work quality and overall approach
* Support other teams, including the HR department for internal activities, events and brand CC\'s initiatives.
