We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Marketing to drive our marketing initiatives, enhance brand presence, and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
* Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies.
* Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and communication across all channels to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.
* Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and tracking ROI on marketing campaigns.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
* Reporting: Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Experience: Minimum [7] years of experience in marketing, with at least [9] years in a leadership role.
