Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and email marketing.
* Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and meet performance goals.
Content Management:
* Manage and update the company website (using CMS tools like WordPress) to ensure SEO-friendly content.
SEO/SEM:
* Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Social Media Management:
* Manage social media accounts, plan content calendars, and engage with audiences across platforms.
* Track social media metrics and provide insights for improving engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:
* Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other marketing software.
Email Marketing:
* Design and implement email marketing campaigns, segment the audience, and analyze campaign results to increase open and click-through rates.
Lead Generation:
* Assist in creating strategies to drive online traffic and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Collaboration:
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to create cohesive digital marketing strategies.
* Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new marketing technologies.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
* Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and web analytics.
* Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
* Experience in managing social media accounts and running paid ad campaigns.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Creativity and a passion for digital marketing trends.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
