Job Description:
Venper Academy is seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running effective digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms, generating high-quality leads, creating landing pages, and updating our blog. This role requires a proactive individual with innovative ideas to maintain and enhance the digital presence of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote Venper Academy's NEET & JEE coaching services.
- Enhance our social media presence by creating engaging content, including text, image, and video updates.
- Generate high-quality leads through creative and innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Design and optimize landing pages to increase lead conversion rates.
- Regularly update and manage our blog with relevant and engaging content to attract and retain our target audience.
- Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in running successful social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent creative and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the education sector, particularly in NEET & JEE coaching, is a plus.
