Job Summary:

You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Design, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
* Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for online platforms such as blogs, social media, and websites.
* SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings (SEO), and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and traffic.
* Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase engagement and build brand awareness.
* Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and communicate with the customer base.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Report on KPIs and ROI for digital marketing activities.
* Lead Generation: Utilize digital marketing techniques to generate leads, including landing page creation, A/B testing, and optimization of conversion funnels.
* PPC Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive targeted traffic.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
* Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
* Experience with marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus.
* Certification in Google Ads or Digital Marketing is a plus.
