Key Responsibilities
*Social Media Management:*
* Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Create engaging and high-quality content for regular posts.
* Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
* Engage with the audience and respond to comments and messages promptly.
*Paid Advertising:*
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, as well as the ability to use tools like Taboola and Adroll.
* Monitor ad performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Conduct A/B testing to determine the best ad creatives and strategies.
*SEO and SEM:*
* Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
* Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines.
* Manage SEM campaigns and ensure they align with overall marketing goals.
*Performance Marketing:*
* Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
* Use analytics tools to track user behaviour and campaign performance.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
*Creative Development:*
* Generate innovative and creative ideas for ad campaigns and taglines.
* Design visually appealing graphics and content using Canva.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media channels, running paid ads, and developing SEO/SEM strategies.
Skills
* Strong understanding of various digital marketing platforms and tools.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
* Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant areas.
* Experience in B2B marketing.
