Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing and E-commerce Executive is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services across various online platforms. This role involves managing the company's Shopify website and handling its presence on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
* Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and boost online sales.
* Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising.
* Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Social Media Management:
* Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
* Create engaging content for social media posts, advertisements, and promotions to increase follower engagement and brand visibility.
* Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and reviews, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
E-commerce Platform Management:
* Oversee the company's Shopify website, including product listings, inventory management, pricing updates, and website optimization.
* Manage the company's presence on third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, including product listing optimization, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.
* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., digital agencies, marketplace managers) to ensure seamless integration and performance across all e-commerce channels.
Content Creation and Copywriting:
* Create compelling product descriptions, headlines, and ad copy for online listings and advertisements.
* Develop visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, to enhance the company's online presence and engage with the target audience effectively.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
* Track and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, social media activities, and e-commerce sales.
* Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce operations.
* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Myntra Seller Panel.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair for content creation and copywriting.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
