Job Title: Digital Marketing
The Digital Marketing will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and tools to drive online traffic, enhance brand presence, and achieve marketing goals.
### Key Responsibilities:
- \\*\\*Campaign Development:\\*\\*
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media updates, and other online content.

- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience for search engine optimization.
- Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI.
- \\*\\*Social Media Management:\\*\\*
- Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms.
- Develop social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors.
- \\*\\*Analytics and Reporting:\\*\\*
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies.
- \\*\\*Email Marketing:\\*\\*
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated campaigns.
- Segment email lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.

- Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams to support marketing objectives.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
### Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus.
