Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in our marketing efforts by creating and managing visual content that captivates and engages our audience. You will be involved in the entire content creation process, from brainstorming ideas to shooting, editing, and publishing. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality video content, but you will also have opportunities to contribute to social media campaigns, photography, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing:
* Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for various digital platforms (social media, website, etc.).
* Work closely with the team to develop content ideas and storyboards.
* Ensure all video content aligns with our brand\'s voice and aesthetic.
Content Creation & Social Media Management:
* Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
* Manage and post content across various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Track and analyze performance metrics to optimise future campaigns.
Photography:
* Capture high-quality photos during events and for content creation purposes.
* Edit and enhance photos for use in digital marketing materials.
Graphic Design (Optional):
* Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for social media posts, banners, and other digital assets.
* Collaborate with the design team to ensure all materials are consistent with our brand identity.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
* Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.
* Strong photography skills with an eye for detail and composition.
* Basic knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* A degree in Visual Communication, Media, or a related field is an advantage but not required. We prioritize skills and experience over formal education.
