Client Delivery Management
* Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
* Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
* Conduct meetings to review progress and gather feedback.
* Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Content Creation and Management
* Research trends and preferences to create engaging content.
* Manage a content calendar for consistent publication.
* Edit and proofread content for accuracy and brand alignment.
* Engage with the audience to build a community.
* Track performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies
* Conduct market research and develop buyer personas.
* Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies.
* Stay updated with digital marketing trends.
* Experiment with new channels and tactics for audience engagement.
Social Media Management
* Create and curate engaging content aligned with the brand voice.
* Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads.
* Engage with followers and foster a sense of community.
* Collaborate with influencers and other brands.
* Adjust strategies based on platform algorithm changes.
Analytics and Reporting
* Set up and maintain tracking systems for campaign data.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations.
* Present findings to stakeholders clearly.
* Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Qualifications
Education
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are highly desirable.
Experience
* Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, including campaign development and management.
* Demonstrated success in creating and executing digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
