Job Description: As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our development project. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT professionals, and project managers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and ensure successful implementation of digital solutions. We need someone who is well versed with Digital Marketing concepts & analysis of Social media [Instagram, Facebook, YouTube], Web, Blog, CRM experience.
Responsibilities:
· Understand and analyze customer needs related to digital marketing, life sciences, and animal healthcare.
· Collaborate with IT teams, functional architects, and technical experts to propose and study solutions that meet business demands.
· Monitor the development process to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
· Oversee production to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Directly interact with business lines and contribute to a broad range of challenges.
· Work in an agile manner to improve applications and user experience.
· Utilize knowledge of databases (SQL queries) and Agile methods.
· Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of information systems.
Qualifications:
· Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
· Knowledge of products, financial markets, and digital marketing.
· Strong teamwork skills.
· 3 to 8 years of higher education (engineering school, business school, or university).
· Experience with MS Azure implementation is a plus.
· Familiarity with the digital livestock franchise domain is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
