Overview:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for day-to-day communication, monitoring the performance of campaigns, managing client expectations, and optimizing strategies to drive growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Team and Client Coordination:
* Serve as the main point of contact between the digital marketing team and clients, ensuring that all parties are updated on campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, social media, PPC, etc.) to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.
* Monitor the performance of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) on a daily basis.
* Provide regular performance updates to clients and suggest actionable improvements based on data insights.
* Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports to clients, outlining campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for optimization.
* Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad copy, visuals, and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals.
* Regularly update clients on campaign performance and key milestones through phone calls, emails, or virtual meetings.
* Address any client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
