Roles and Responsibilities
* Strategy Formulation: Develop strategies to build lasting digital connections with consumers.
* Social Media Management: Plan and monitor the company\'s presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Email Marketing: Prepare and distribute online newsletters and promotional emails through various channels.
* Online Advertising: Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to boost brand awareness.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Pre Sales: Handle inbound calls to keep customer leads warm and make outbound calls to promote products or services, answer customer queries, and generate leads.
Requirements for Applicants
* Proven work experience in digital marketing and pre-sales.
* Proficiency in social media marketing. Web analytics tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Digital marketing certification from a reputable institution is a plus.
