Responsibilities:
* Develop and Manage Digital Campaigns: Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
* Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, emails, and website content.
* Social Media Management: Oversee the company\'s social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
* SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines, run PPC campaigns, and monitor their performance to ensure high ROI.
* Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
* Analytics and Reporting: Use various analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
* Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
* Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
* Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Technical Skills:
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles is an advantage.
* Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Working Hours:
* This is a part-time position requiring approximately 24 hours per week. Flexibility in scheduling is available, with the possibility of working remotely.
