Marketplace for Device Care.


We have currently boarded 1000+ blue-collar technicians through 500 retail partners at 18000 pin


codes across India to perform installation, troubleshooting and repair services of home, office &


industrial devices. We have built a retail network of exclusive device management centers. We are


currently operating at more than 50+ locations across India.


We are looking for Digital Marketing Executives who can maintain our dynamic presence on social


media platforms.





Purpose:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead


our digital marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning,


executing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness,


increase user engagement, and boost sales. The successful candidate will possess a deep


understanding of digital technologies and a proven track record of leveraging various digital


marketing channels to achieve business objectives.


**Main Responsibilities:
**

Develop and execute the company's comprehensive digital marketing strategy in alignment with


business goals and objectives.


Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure


the successful implementation of digital marketing initiatives.


Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing,


continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.


Manage all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media,


email marketing, and content marketing.


Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics


to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.


Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize


ROI.


Oversee the company's social media accounts, engaging with followers, and driving meaningful


interactions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.


Optimize online content for search engines and user experience, leveraging SEO strategies and


Google Analytics insights to improve visibility and drive traffic.


Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract and convert leads, nurturing


prospects through the sales funnel.


Inspire and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve their goals, fostering a collaborative


and supportive work environment.


Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, providing


recommendations for continuous improvement.





Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Min requirement of an Undergrad degree ( BSc ) in Marketing, Digital


technologies or relevant field . ( Preference for MBA graduates)


Relevant Experience: Fresher, Additional perk if any previous experience in operations or


marketing and sales.


Personal Traits: Excellent personality. The candidate should be a go-getter. Should be confident in


brainstorming ideas and strategizing business plans. Excellent Communication & presentation skills.


Diplomatic in nature. Mobility & self drive. Negotiation skills.


Languages: English (Read, Write, Speak)


Skills:


Technical IT tools - Excel, PPT, SEO/SEM, Google analytics and workspace, CRM and associated


google office tools, etc to analyze, plan and forecast business.


Digital Marketing - Social Media Handles, Data Mining & research, and SEO improvisation.
