Dotbotics is seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and drive growth. You will be responsible for overseeing various online marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Dotbotics' products and services.
* Align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms.
* Social Media Management:
* Manage and create content for the company\'s social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
* Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor brand presence on social media.
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM:
* Optimize website content for search engines and manage SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic.
* Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and monitor performance.
* Content Creation & Marketing:
* Collaborate with the content team to create blog posts, infographics, videos, and other content to engage audiences.
* Ensure that content is aligned with SEO and SEM strategies.
* Email Marketing & Campaigns:
* Design and send email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
* Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics to refine future campaigns.
* Website Management:
* Monitor and update the company website, ensuring the user experience is optimized.
* Work with web developers to implement necessary changes and improvements.
* Analytics & Reporting:
* Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
* Provide detailed reports to management on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key metrics.
* Collaborate with Sales Team:
* Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing campaigns with sales objectives and optimize lead generation efforts.
* Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
* Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company stays competitive.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
* Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
* Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
* Experience in content creation and managing social media platforms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
