Job DescriptionCodetru is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital / Product Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of experience in IT services marketing and digital marketing for SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our services and products. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to both IT services and SaaS products. Align marketing efforts with business goals and target audience needs. Content Marketing: Plan and create compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email newsletters, and social media. Ensure content is aligned with the brand voice and optimized for SEO. SEO & SEM: Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements to improve organic search rankings. Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Social Media Management: Manage and grow Codetru\'s social media presence across platforms. Develop engaging content, run targeted campaigns, and analyze performance metrics. Product Marketing: Work closely with the product team to develop go-to-market strategies for SaaS products. Create product positioning, messaging, and collateral that resonates with the target audience. Partnerships & GTM Strategy: Apply for and secure new partnerships with tools and services like AWS. Collaborate with the tech team to plan and execute go-to-market activities once partnerships are achieved, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with business objectives. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to maximize open and click-through rates. Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, landing pages, and social media graphics. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels. Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and desired outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on IT services and SaaS product marketing.
Proficiency in content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
