Overview:
As a Field Digital Marketing Executive, your role will involve engaging with potential customers and promoting digital marketing services or products directly in the field. You will be responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness through face-to-face interactions with clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct field visits to potential clients' premises to introduce digital marketing services or products and explain their benefits and features.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their business needs, providing personalized solutions, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
* Identify and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events or trade shows to expand the client base.
* Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects, and act as a liaison between clients and the company.
* Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering recommendations for optimizing their digital marketing strategies.
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position the company's digital marketing solutions in the market.
* Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to monitor progress towards sales targets.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and success stories to showcase the company's capabilities and achievements.
