At Beforest, we develop and manage large sites of 100+ acres in the form of self-sustaining food forests and collectively-owned estates or collectives that are economically and ecologically viable. We offer individuals and families an opportunity to own a farmhouse in the midst of a forest within driving distance of a major city. Each estate operates as a single property when it comes to infrastructure, plantation and produce planning, with members having a proportionate share in the costs and profits generated. We currently have collectives in Coorg, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Bhopal. All produce grown at our collectives is based on natural farming methods and marketed under our brand of forest-friendly produce - Bewild.
As an organization, we are inspired by the Permaculture principles of ‘Earth Care, People Care and Fair Share\'. We aim to inspire people to adopt a more sustainable and holistic way of living and consume food that is grown naturally and responsibly.

Responsibilities* Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Linkedin)
* Ensure consistent brand message across all the social media channels
* Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
* Research and Analytics - Creating weekly and monthly reports using analytics tools to report on performance, reach and engagement of our social media assets
* Community & Response Management
* Content distribution
* Explore new platforms
Qualifications* Up to 1 year experience (We are open to considering freshers with interesting project work to demonstrate)
* Bachelor\'s degree
* Curious with a sense of humor
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Socially conscious with an interest in sustainability and nature would be a bonus
Reports to
Marketing Head
The Desired Candidate Must* Be a nature enthusiast, looking for an opportunity to explore wildlife in Coorg.
* Be passionate about learning the behavior of different species of the forest, and be an advocate for conservation and ethical tourism.
* Have a combination of observation and communication skills, to transcribe behavior of the wild into beautiful stories for the guests.
* Be a team player, open to learning new skills whenever required.
