We\'re seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital marketer to join our growing team! In this role, you\'ll play a key role in crafting and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that amplify event awareness and drive ticket sales. We\'re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of optimizing marketing strategies for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development and Execution :* Contribute to the development and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
* Assist in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies tailored to different event types and target audiences.
* Learn and support efforts to ensure top positioning of events in newsletters and the AllEvents platform for target locations.

User Profiling and Targeting :* Assist with user profiling and targeting initiatives to identify and reach the right audience segments.
* Conduct market research to understand audience preferences and behaviors.

Digital Advertising :* Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram).
* Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
* Implement A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.

Data Analysis :* Analyze marketing data to gain insights and measure performance, contributing to data-driven decision making.
* Collaborate with the tech team to facilitate audience data analysis and performance tracking.

Marketing Plan Execution :* Assist with the execution of marketing plans aligned with chosen promotional packages, ensuring deliverables like ad placements on relevant channels are met.

Requirements:* In-depth understanding of marketing fundamentals and best practices.
* Familiarity with market research data, data analysis, and basic statistics.
* Hands-on experience with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Learners with a demonstrably strong ability to learn new tools will be considered.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to learn independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
